This is way off topic for my tumblr, but Kenji took that one up in the Burger Lab a while back, with testing results here.
In other news, if you’ve watched Super Size Me, I recommend following it up with Fat Head. Save for THE GUY FROM CSPI “raising” the price of meat, as if its current price is in line with its historical one, it seems to be fairly well researched and documented.
